09-26-2016, 04:58 PM #11I purchased it a year ago because of its lower cost, which helped me reduce the price from 7850 to 760 after receiving 1500$ from my dad for the build. The parts are quite expensive here, but if DX 12 is accurate, I can get a solid benefit. I’m planning to switch to Intel unless AMD releases something impressive next year. Still, my OC FX hasn’t let me down yet.

10-19-2016, 01:12 PM #15The FX lineup of chips works fine. I’ve seen many users with i5 and i7 having similar FPS, often just a bit lower. Sometimes their Intel processors are pushed to the limit while mine stays around 60% usage.

10-19-2016, 04:19 PM #16It really doesn’t matter much. He’s at the point he currently has, and he’s aiming for an upgrade to his gaming setup. What he could have done is open to discussion, but he lacks the power to alter the past.
