It's strange they mentioned "It has been credited" but it didn't appear to me. Usually I don't mind, but now I'm a bit concerned. Ty, enjoy your evening.

It may take some time, so consider that only about three business days have passed so far. Exclude weekends when calculating these times. When you say "my account," do you refer to your Newegg account or your credit card? Where will the refund be processed? If it's on your credit card, you might not see it reflected in recent activity—there could be a chance it appears as a reversed or deleted charge. For store credit at Newegg, the process is even more delayed. Wait until at least seven business days (either Friday or next Monday) before reaching out about this issue.
