New Windows 11 setup just arrived.
Start with the default settings and then quickly test win11—don't alter any BIOS options.
I encountered a problem with my ASUS Intel workstation while attempting to upgrade to Windows 11. After updating the BIOS, which was meant to adjust all configurations, it failed to change settings and instead enabled Secure Boot. The OS type remained unchanged, causing the BIOS to indicate Secure Boot is active but Windows couldn't access it. You need to switch to Windows UEFI Mode in your BIOS settings to allow proper reading. If this isn't the issue, try a Windows 10 installation and run msinfo to verify the settings.
