Your laptop and desktop appear different because they each use their own versions of Opera. Both systems rely on Opera for media controls, but the interface and layout are tailored to each platform. To match your YouTube desktop look, you can adjust the themes or settings in Opera on your desktop, ensuring consistency across devices.
The update worked smoothly on my Chrome browser, and the transparency setting is now applied correctly. The text color is still challenging to view under the night theme for users with that preference. Also noted, this was tested on a laptop.
