You're looking for a suitable PC tower and fan pack within a $200 budget. Given your ASUS Prime B560M-A motherboard, 3050 GPU, and the need to upgrade your Jonsbo CR1000 fan, consider an ATX Mid Tower model that balances performance and affordability. Look for a case with good airflow and cooling options to handle your heat output. A mid-range tower like the ASUS ROG Strix B560M-A or MSI MEG 16 would be a solid choice. Pair it with a case fan pack that includes a dual-speed option, such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 or a similar compatible set, to ensure adequate cooling for your components.

For $120 you can get a deepcool CL500 4F, it includes four built-in fans so you won’t need to buy additional ones unless you want extra cooling on top. This leaves roughly $80 for another purchase, like the noctua nh U12S.

Decisions depend on perspective. Understanding your location matters since availability varies. Lian Li 216 appears to be the top choice right now. It comes with two 200mm fans. Adding a 240AIO for deep cooling around $100 tackles both problems. For a dedicated matx case, I can't assist further.
