Looking for a light/normal overclock since I'm just starting out.
You don't need overclocking because it's only done when better results are needed. Your system is already in the top range. Hmmmm... you don't have a dedicated GPU, why? In this case, your system isn't in the top end, but your CPU is clocked at 4GHz and that's sufficient for 2019.
