i recently purchased a Ryzen 3 3200G with an Asrock B450 Pro 4 and TFfree Delta RGB (2x8GB), and I decided to push it overclocked. the main challenge was that my XMP profile didn<|pad|>'s not work, so i had to set it manually to 3200MHz and it functioned properly. next, i boosted my CPU via Ryzen Master, which ran smoothly at 3900MHz. the real hurdle came when i tried to overclock the APU itself, reaching 1700MHz. during a Furmark stress test lasting ten cycles, the system became unstable, crashing after about thirty minutes. i thought adjusting the game settings might help, so i lowered it to 1500MHz, which worked during testing. however, when playing games afterward, it would crash again, prompting me to drop it further to 1300MHz. eventually, i returned to the default speed and everything normalized. it’s confusing—does the issue lie with my CPU or the BIOS/motherboard? Anyone have advice? The BIOS version is P3.90.

Test the memory at 2933mhz where the controller can handle this frequency.
