And for 4.5Ghz I set 1.225V on vcore. That's all. Each chip varies slightly and might need a different voltage.
*With an MSI motherboard, you can turn on Enhanced Turbo together with Intel Turbo Boost in BIOS to achieve 4.5GHz across all cores. You might already have this active, which means you're already at that speed. It seems the adjustment is similar to changing the multiplier/ratio to 45.*

I can easily load and launch BF1 without any problems. It looks great without any FPS issues. Occasionally, during gameplay, I might experience random drops in FPS. Usually, when it happens, my score drops to around 100 or higher at the start. The lowest drop I've seen is about 10, but it mostly stays between 20 and 30, without any major intensive events. It tends to occur once per session, lasting no more than 3-4 minutes. This only happened on BF1, and once more on GTA 5. So, it seems the only game with issues is BF1.

I also created a profile in BIOS but couldn't find it. I tried changing it from the BIOS settings, but it was disabled. I have the MSI Gaming App that assists with overclocking and similar tasks.

You might need to turn on the advanced settings in your BIOS, where all adjustments can be made. If your game keeps dropping frames at such low levels, that's unusual. Overclocking won't fix this issue since it shouldn't occur. I become frustrated when my BF1 Ultra reaches around 75fps, which is the lowest I've seen with a GTX 1070. You recently installed a fresh Windows version during setup?

I started Advanced and discovered it
😀
After upgrading, I completely cleared my HDD. I replaced everything except the tower and I updated the drivers. I take good care of the PC. I still didn’t understand why it was having those problems.
