Hi everyone,
I’ve encountered some potential problems with a new Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 650w PSU. Even when the Smart Zero fan mode is off, the fans aren’t functioning properly. A friend suggested my PSU issues might be linked to other problems I’m facing, such as RGB display on the RAM and CPU cooler not working. The unit is still outputting power, which means Mobo RGB is working. I’ve already done a BIOS flash, so it should be up to date.

I’m currently in the testing phase before installing everything into the case. I’ll have a monitor soon, but I’m pretty sure the system isn’t showing anything. Any suggestions for troubleshooting before I assume the PSU is likely dead?

Thanks in advance!

I'm using the Ryzen 5700x... it's tough to identify which components are failing, especially since I haven't hit post. However, it seems the power supply might be the issue. Still, I'll keep trying!

Are there any Q-led lights activated? Is there a bent pin on the CPU?
