Hello everyone. Let's start with the basics. I'm an IT specialist who regularly assembles PCs and runs a computer repair service across Central Europe. Most recommendations—restarting Windows, inspecting GPU, memory, and other parts—have already been completed. Now I’m dealing with a few lingering problems.

First, my task manager occasionally flickers, blinking several times before returning to normal. This only affects the window and doesn’t impact the screen. Second, Photoshop 2023 seems to be causing persistent issues. Even though it’s not critical, Adobe claims a fix exists, but it hasn’t worked for me. Third, the search function in “My Computer” sometimes fails, requiring a full restart. After trying to search and pressing Enter, nothing happens—reboots are necessary.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps: running sfc/scannow, checking Event Viewer, benchmarking the hardware, and reinstalling Windows. Updating BIOS on my motherboard didn’t help. I also checked for instability with different drivers and configurations, but nothing resolved the core problems.

My PC runs an i7 1700K and is powered by an MSI MPG Z690 with a 12th Gen CPU. I’ve tested all components—CPU, RAM, GPU, storage—and everything seems to be functioning properly except for these recurring issues. I’m not sure if my system matches any known reports from other users with similar hardware, but I’m trying to isolate the problem.

I’d appreciate any suggestions or insights from the community. Thank you for your time and support.

Great report! Have you explored adjusting the Nvidia power configurations? Also consider turning off power-saving features in the operating system and CPU C-states to help identify the cause.

Thank you for your feedback. I haven't achieved peak performance on my GPU yet—I'll continue testing and improving. Since the problem occurs randomly and doesn't always happen, I'll need some time to verify. My operating system is already optimized for maximum performance, so the screenshot will reflect my native language, which isn't helpful. My CPU voltage remains unchanged, and I haven't adjusted OC settings; I've set XMP to 6000Mhz, but turning it off still causes issues. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards!

Turn off Multiplane Overlay MPO. Check if the newest firmware is available for the GPU here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/nv-...pdate-x64/

It appears you're questioning the choice of architecture for Windows 10 despite its optimization for Windows 11. This might seem unusual, but it's worth noting.
