Hello everyone, I’ve just finished assembling my computer with these specifications: MOB Aorus B650 Elite Ax CPU Ryzen 5 7600 GPU Aorus rx 6800 xt RAM 32 GB kit Corsair Vengeance DDR5 CL36 6000 Storage WD 1TB m.2 PSU Corsair RM850x AIO Coolermaster 360L Core Argb. My issue is this: the system boots normally and I can access the BIOS, showing all components listed. But the CPU temperature stays in the 90s, and I’m not sure if it’s related to the AIO setup or something else. The manual instructions were very basic, so I decided to try connecting it online. The fans spin and work, but I’m not sure if the pump is running properly. I connected the pump header to the CPU_OPT header and also tried using the SYS_FAN header. It’s possible I’m new to AIO and missed a step. I’m also confused because the RGB from the pump and fans isn’t lighting up, and the red LED stays on. Please help, thanks!

Did you secure the plastic protective film around the copper heatsink on the AIO? The temperatures in the BIOS are so high that it’s unlikely there’s proper contact, or maybe the connection is very poor. Even without the pump running, I wouldn’t expect such extreme readings.

Verify each step, including the plastic cover and connections. Ensure the AIO power is correct and fans are oriented properly.

The video clearly doesn't match what I expected. I applied a lot of thermal paste and installed the pump on the CPU, but it only came snug with screws—hard to tighten further. I’ll remove it to check if it improves things. The temperatures dropped from 60-90 degrees in just a minute, which seems promising. Still doesn’t make much sense.

I assure you the film is connected properly. As I said before, the instructions are really confusing, so I had to watch a YouTube tutorial. I turned on the pump and added all the other parts. Since I haven’t used an Aio before, I’m not sure if I missed something obvious. Appreciate the feedback!

Check the designated sections for pump and fan placement. Your BIOS log shows high RPM values (around 3000+) but no pump detected—possibly a cooling system problem.

I experienced issues without any fans operating and the pump failing to activate, rarely reaching near 90% in the BIOS unless the copper connections weren't fully engaged.

It seems your device isn't getting enough sleep, which might be affecting its performance. The temperatures are increasing at a reduced rate, but it's unclear if the pump is functioning properly.

You're on the right path. Just secure the setup and connect it to the pump header on the motherboard. Adjust the fans to the proper speed, and tweak the PBO settings—specifically the offset to -20.

Previously, the situation escalated rapidly to over 100°C within half a second, and the connection remained stable—though results might vary based on the component.
