I put together a computer with fresh components, but the GPU isn’t showing up on the screen. Everything else looks normal. I’ve already tried reinserting the GPU and RAM.

No, you connected the HDMI or DisplayPort cable to the GPU rather than the motherboard.

It seems you're referring to an older B450 motherboard. Make sure the BIOS is updated so it supports the Ryzen 5000 series processors.

You should download the file on a different machine, but you can transfer it using a USB drive instead of a thumb drive.

You need a new motherboard to use that PC. Unfortunately, there aren’t any options available since it lacks a BIOS flashback and doesn’t have one built in.
