New ryzen 1500x build

I just purchased a new PC and am completely new to Ryzen. I mainly use it for gaming, so I want to understand the overclocking options for both the CPU and GPU. I’d appreciate advice on how to achieve stable and long-lasting overclocks for each component.
My setup includes:
Ryzen 5 1500x
MSI B350M Gaming Pro
GTX 1060 3Gb (MSI Armor)
8 GB 2400 MHz RAM (planned to add more later)
1 TB WD Green HDD
Corsair CX 500M power supply
Games I usually play are PUBG, Destiny 2 and League of Legends.
In PUBG I’ve noticed it runs smoothly but sometimes stutters even at low settings, and my PC feels sluggish when I shut it down.

Ryzen prefers quicker RAM, so you should have considered a DDR4-3200MHz kit. If you manage to save, opt for a 2x8GB model. You may also find this guide useful.

Just like any other system, exact OC relies on numerous elements, making it hard to pinpoint a single answer. You'll need to experiment yourself to understand what works best.
