Hello. Recently I received a new GPU (AsRock Challenger Rx 7600, replacing the previous 1650), but it's causing significant issues. I'm experiencing frequent black screens unexpectedly, regardless of whether the system is idle or under heavy use. The occurrences are random, making it hard to diagnose the problem. During these events, the system usually recovers after a short delay, but sometimes it remains stuck for extended periods, requiring me to restart my PC. While the fans cease operation, the rest of the computer continues functioning and audio plays normally.

I've attempted various solutions: disabling mpo, rolling back drivers (which slightly reduced the occurrences but didn't fix them), checking connections and re-seating the GPU/RAM, turning off freesync (my monitor doesn't support it), running DDU before installation, disabling Aura Sync in Armoury Crate, and resetting the BIOS CMOS.

My current setup includes:
- AsRock Challenger Rx 7600 (new)
- Ryzen 5 5600 (new)
- 16 GB RAM dual channel
- MSI Mag A650bn, 650W, 80 Plus Bronze (new)
- Asus Prime B550-A (new)
- Windows 10 with all components brand new

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Yes, I completed that task prior to changing the GPU and reverting the drivers.

I resolved it a few weeks back without any problems, though I'm embarrassed to share it now because it seems quite simple. It turns out the HDMI port on the GPU was much tighter than I expected. I found that shaking the cable around would cause black screens, so I tried forcing it in more firmly, which worked.
