Details: OS version Windows 11 Home specs available at the provided link. BIOS is currently at the latest update. This is my initial experience with an AIO, and I applied thermal paste to the pump before starting. My issue remains unclear—I’m experiencing slow loading when browsing the web and the Xbox app appears in the background. The setup includes a 7-fam configuration with airflow adjustments: three fans on top, two on bottom, one at the back. All information is gathered from the PartPicker page.

The plastic layer on the coldplate of the aio was taken off. If so, it seems there’s no contact between the coldplate and the CPU. Take the aio out from the CPU and put it back, then verify if the paste displays full contact.

AMD decided this way. Reducing voltage and cutting power limits can be effective solutions.

Your temperatures are quite elevated with minimal activity, possibly due to the chips being under pressure. The 95 degrees shown in the video indicate higher demand, so perform a thorough stress test. As long as it stays within the specified limits, it should function normally.

It looks like you're suggesting the 7900 is a better choice for a high-performance gaming chip.
