New RAM installation caused the PC to fail to boot, and because of the RAM change I became locked out of Windows 11 Pro?

I don't grasp how you could set up the local account admin when you're locked out of your Microsoft account. You require an admin account to grant admin privileges to another account. But if you're already an admin and it's missing, it might be because you're in the wrong location or searching for something incorrect. Here are some steps with screenshots:
Changing the memory lock would prevent you from using Win11, which is unusual because the system wouldn't even attempt to connect. It's strange since the PC wouldn't respond at all. You might be wondering why you need to update your Pin when it doesn't resolve the problem—this could suggest your account isn't linked to the PC anymore after trying to swap the RAM. That seems likely, but I wouldn't place much confidence in that conclusion.
here is the full story, please forgive my spelling mistakes. changed Ram, booted up, and received a message saying "new cpu or memory detected, please select one of the following." option 1 press f1 to go into setup. option 2 load with default values. i selected 2. then no post, and windows booted up, but i couldn't use my pin. it said "your pin isn't available right now, please click the button below to reset it, with a button 'reset my PIN'." i clicked, and it asked for my microsoft account pass, which i haven't used in years. obviously, i don't remember it or the information that i used to create it. i tried resetting the password via Microsoft Edge, but always said "sorry this verification method isn't available right now or something like that." and thus i was locked out of my pc.
that's what I expected. this function actually worked yesterday. i'm not sure if it will function tomorrow.
These keys are tied to specific items like Win 11 Pro. You may want to proceed and reach out to Microsoft support. Make sure you have your ID prepared, as they might request proof of identity. Clarify your issue. They could assist with accessing the product.
The account is connected to the product. If only one account is linked to the product (the Windows 11 Pro on the PC of the OP), Microsoft could determine which account it is. They could then modify the related details (such as email address) and allow the OP to reset the PIN. That's just a theory at this point.
