Hey, I'm making a small upgrade—swapping the CPU, motherboard, and RAM. I want to know what steps are needed to get Windows 10 working smoothly with the new parts. Are there any licensing concerns I should be aware of? Thanks!

Insert the previous hard drives into the new MOBO, and Windows 10 should launch smoothly.

It should work as expected if it determines there are too many changes; otherwise, it may warn you about an invalid key but still allow use. When the old and new systems differ greatly, they might not function smoothly until they have time to adapt and restart. Always back up your data first, as reliability isn't close to 100%.
