You just changed your graphics card from 7800X3D to 9800X3D. Before doing so, you checked that the BIOS was updated. After restarting, the system only shows a black screen and doesn’t respond. You thought it might need time for memory training, so you waited five minutes, but nothing changed. A red and yellow light is now on, and an image link is provided. Someone might be able to help with what’s going wrong.

I performed the task. I took out the CMOS and let it sit for three minutes, then it functioned properly.
