You didn't enable that specific MS Co-Fit boot thread option.

I received this from a reputable store in my country. If something seems off, it’s probably not a fake item—maybe a glitch or a check on the BIOS. Expo One is active, but AMD Master says it’s disabled. I also found some codes for the event manager/vider (2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54). After checking, it looks like someone or something isn’t getting the necessary prompt to run properly. When I played the game, it would crash after a few seconds or when I restarted, even though I was sure the cores were working. I’m considering a fresh install just in case, hoping it will fix the issue and get me back to normal gameplay. Honestly, I’m still unsure but I’m trying to resolve this.

All cores idle, giving the impression that everything is running smoothly. The cores aren't actually parked. Also, I've set up 3D game mode in the BIOS.

I just performed a complete reinstall of the OS W10 Fresh BIOS update and cleared the SSD. That being said, I’m hoping everything works perfectly now.

Make sure to reinstall Windows when switching from a single CCD to a dual CCD module. Even if you've already done it, this step is important for newer users who might encounter this issue. The AM4 and AM5 versions don't matter here. A fresh installation from single to dual CCD parts is recommended.

It’s common to suggest a fresh install after upgrades except for RAM or GPU. I’m wondering what makes you insist on this particular adjustment. Could it be related to microcode or driver issues?

Windows may struggle to allocate cores correctly, even after updating chipset drivers. It seems the issue persists unless resolved. AMD had previously suggested a fix.
