When I turn on the machine it displays the BIOS setup with F2 or DEL but quickly switches to a warning screen. I require guidance on the next steps. "A new processor has been detected, altering how storage firmware operates. If you haven’t activated this feature, press Y to proceed; otherwise, adhere to the following: Press Y to clear the existing TPM settings, but if BitLocker or encryption is active, the system won’t start without a recovery key. Press N to retain the current TPM configuration and resume booting, which will prevent TPM from activating on the new chip. You may revert to the previous processor to restore TPM credentials and associated data."

Sure thing, buddy. Once you're on Windows 10 PRO, you don't have to do anything further before the installation starts.
