I'm not sure what name to give it, but it seems someone is trying to take over accounts. A friend messaged me about a new Teamspeak server at that URL. They mentioned using the latest CS:GO voice codec to gain access. I think it's a scam—once you join, they claim to offer admin rights if you're quick. Be careful with links; don't click anything suspicious.
