This update builds on my earlier discussion. The advice to swap the motherboard didn’t resolve the problem. I’ve now swapped it out, but I’m still stuck in the same spot. Could you offer any other ideas? Appreciate the help.

To start from a legacy drive, UEFI features can't be enabled in the BIOS. Similarly, an installation without UEFI won't turn Windows into a UEFI system.

You're experiencing issues loading from any storage device. The UEFI and CSM methods you've used aren't working.
