Wow, really! I wasn’t expecting that. Usually the RAM is set in pairs—like first and third or second and fourth.

It's important to study A1 with B1 or A2 with B2 together. Ignore any advice about mixing them.

That's what I expected too—first and third positions would have worked better. Regardless, it keeps posting without using a GPU. I plan to re-seat the GPU to check if it's causing any issues.

Asking for clarity on the posting time of the 7700xt. It’s been some time since you last posted, so I’m hoping your GPU isn’t the issue.

When the GPU is active, the PC still sends data from the CPU, but without the GPU, it works just fine from the CPU side. Power restrictions from a basic power outlet might stop the system from operating properly.

What model of PSU do you have? Typically PSU isn’t the problem on this post. It looks like a dead GPU. Because it’s brand new, proceed with an RMA and order a replacement. In the meantime, you can utilize the built-in graphics to install software and prepare the system, then simply insert the GPU once it arrives and install the drivers.

It's mentioned in my post, something from Cooler Master, I found it on one of their cult lists.

I believe it’s worth giving it another shot. The system runs and starts properly without the GPU, and the power button indicator doesn’t illuminate even when the GPU is active.
