Have you attempted to start the system without using the GPU? Unplugged it from all connections, including the motherboard, and relied solely on the CPU to see if the computer powers up. NOTE: Also verify the 8-pin CPU port and the 24-pin motherboard connector.
We can eliminate the GPU. Consider starting with just one RAM stick. Additionally, I’ve been looking through your motherboard manual—make sure the sticks are aligned side by side. The DIMM_A channel uses the two farthest sockets on the left.
