It seems the problem started right away after turning on the device, even before installing Windows. The flashing occurred during the initial boot process in the BIOS. I hadn’t downloaded Windows yet.

It seems the display is automatically using the previous setting. Would you like me to help reset or change the theme? You mentioned trying a different RGB software, such as RGB Fusion from Gigabyte.

I adjusted the themes, but it would alter for sure—only affecting the working lights. The case lights and fan lights stay dim, only flashing red. Regardless of the theme or color chosen, they remain unchanged. Before shutting it down, I cleared all themes and let them operate with their default RGB settings.
