New PC setup issues – screen freezes, Bluetooth drops, then “No Signal” (resolved by restart)
Hi everyone,
I just completed assembling a brand-new PC about a week ago, and I’ve already encountered a problem that occurred twice in the past two days.
The first incident happened while watching a TV show, and the second while browsing Twitch after gaming. It seems unrelated to whether I was playing a game or watching content—possibly just a coincidence.
What I observe is:
The screen freezes suddenly, and my Bluetooth headphones disconnect. After a short delay, the screen turns black with "No signal." The PC continues to operate—fans are spinning, motherboard lights remain active—but the monitor fails to reconnect. The only solution is to force a restart.
Have any of you experienced something similar, or do you have any suggestions about what might be causing this issue?

I'm just attaching the .dmp file from the folder you captured the screenshot of. It's unclear what to search for.

The issues clearly started on April 11th (11.4.2025).
Capture a screenshot of that date and share it in English if possible.
Or convert the non-date columns into English.
There might have been a problem update – I’m not sure about the warnings being shown.
Sorry for the delayed response.
On the evening of April 14th, I attempted to uninstall the GPU driver using AMD Cleanup Utility in Safe Mode.
The following day, I mainly used the PC for gaming, and everything functioned properly without any problems.
Today, on April 16th, I didn’t play any games at all; instead, I watched a YouTube video, and the same issue occurred again.
Here’s a more detailed account of the problem:
The video becomes frozen, then after a short time my Bluetooth headphones disconnect, the screen turns black and displays “no signal.” At the same moment, the headphones reconnect. When I click with the mouse, I can pause or play the video, indicating the PC is still active, but the display remains unresponsive. Even when switching the monitor to another DisplayPort connected via the GPU, no image appears.
I’m currently running AMD Adrenalin version 25.3.2, and I’m aware there are no newer updates available.
The errors recorded today (April 16th) are:
1. Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
Code: 141
Parameters: ffffbf0ebc3df010, fffff80083b39760, 0, ffffbf0ebd60f080
2. Error: a2000002 – Parameter 1: c8, 0, 0, 0
3. Error: a1000001 – Parameter 1: 1, 0, 0, 0
4. Error: a1000001 – Parameter 1: 815, 2, ffffbf0eb12bb080, 0
5. Error: 1b0 – Parameter 1: 1, ffffffffc0000001, 0, 0
6. Error: 193 – Parameter 1: 815, 2, ffffbf0eb12bb080, 0
The initial errors were likely connected to the PC’s assembly process. That was the day I put it together.
I’m genuinely seeking assistance and am quite concerned—after nine years, I’ve finally built a new machine, yet this strange problem has persisted from the start. It only appears during video playback (YouTube, Twitch), not during gaming sessions, even though I spend most of my time playing games like Arena Breakout.
