Hey there, I'm trying to figure out a recent problem with my new build. About two weeks ago everything worked perfectly until 2-3 days prior. Then it started getting stuck on the pre/post slot at the orange LED on the motherboard. When I power it off and on again, it would boot into safe mode. After that, I could normally start up through BIOS and run Windows fine. The orange light usually indicates RAM issues, but I've confirmed both sticks are properly seated. I removed and reinstalled everything just to be sure. All power cables and the PSU looked good. The only change since then was installing a Corsair internal USB splitter so I could add a second fan bank (Lian Li needed two hubs, and the motherboard didn't have enough headers). I don't think this would cause the issue. Any advice would be really helpful. *Reminder: XMP is enabled. Full spec sheet: ASUS ROG Strix B650-A Wifi Ryzen 7800 X3D Corsair Vengance DDR5 6000mhz CL30 memory (32gb, 2 16gb sticks ZOTAC 4080 Super WD Black 770N 2TB Corsair RM1000x Shift Lian Li Galahad II 360 AIO 3x Additional Lian Li SL INF fans). Fans and AIO are on separate hubs, since Lian Li uses different connectors. These hubs link to the Corsair Hub, which connects to the motherboard.* Thanks, Eamon

Using just one stick of RAM could cause the same problem. Remove it and test the other stick. If the issue persists, try using it without the USB splitter. This would help confirm if the change was the cause.
