Could you please share the specific details about your graphics card so I can provide accurate information?
Ok, so it's a two slot card then. Can't really see that from your pictures other than the case itself.
I sure don't see any reason why it wouldn't be seating properly. Can you try installing it again and this time look very closely to see if there is anything at all that might be interfering with it seating fully down in the slot and on the top of the back I/O bracket? Because if it IS seating fully in the slot and on the back I/O panel surface, then I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say:
Perhaps a picture of the area on your old PC where it sits perfectly and a picture of THIS PC with it NOT sitting perfectly, could help us to see what you mean in what is different?
I reduced the image size. When you view it again, clicking should highlight a red border. At the edges, there are interactive boxes. Use one of those boxes to adjust the size. This makes the images more manageable and visible. Users can still interact to view larger versions.
By "left" side do you understand the end facing the case I/O panel? If yes, then the issue is why it hasn't been secured as intended, since if it were, it wouldn't be possible to move or lift it. And if it can still be moved, then the I/O bracket connected to the graphics card isn't firmly attached and might need tightening or missing fasteners. Or, you might just be installing it incorrectly.
