A common way to check for GPU issues is to restart without a GPU and connect via the video port on the motherboard. All AMD CPUs from the 7000 series include built-in graphics, so they should work with video output even without a dedicated GPU. For compatibility, even the earliest BIOS versions likely supported the 7600X. If you need to update the BIOS—especially for better RAM support—you can use the QuickFlash feature, which lets you flash the BIOS without a CPU, GPU, or RAM installed. I reviewed the motherboard manual and confirmed the RAM is positioned properly. I also experimented by inserting one stick at a time in various spots.
