Hi All,
My girlfriend recently got a new PC (prebuilt) with these specifications:
Windows 11
Zotac 4070 (dual fan)
i7-14700kf
MSI Z790-P WIFI
32Gb DDR5 TForce RAM
800W Gold PSU
h100i AIO

Right away after unboxing, the PC froze very badly when launching apps like Discord, Twitch, or YouTube. We've tried:
- Updating GPU drivers
- Rolling back GPU drivers (before October)
- Updating BIOS
- Setting power to high performance
- Disabling hardware acceleration (on both Google and Discord)
- Performing multiple RAM scans (SCF and drive scans)

I uninstalled Google Chrome, which helped a bit. Still, freezing persists in the settings menu and other areas.
I’ve confirmed no task manager spikes are occurring, and all components are being recognized on CPUID.

Looking forward to your response soon!

The exact model isn't clear, but the build details show it's an 800 Watts power supply with 80 Plus Gold certification.

For accurate diagnosis, knowing the make and model is essential. Many prebuilt units lack sufficient power supply.

Reviewed the billing statement, it appears to be for Apevia.

This could be a problem, as APEVIA power supplies are recognized for their instability and low quality.
