I don't understand, my new PC isn't working well with my shooter games. The mouse movements aren't smooth, it's really bad. I made all the changes—PC settings, mouse, internet cables, monitors—and did a clean install, but it still doesn't help.

what hardware are you using? all driver updates applied, bios current? wireless mouse selected? firmware status? vsync in-game activated? turn it off.
