I think this is safe to assume that there is something wrong with the motherboard at this point. You did enough testing around and the issue is still there. The time lost to troubleshooting is probably valued more than the purchase price of the motherboard. This is not acceptable IMHO. Return/Exchange/RMA time. You can try one last ditch effort by unplugging all peripherals and trying to boot with only CPU+RAM installed. Good luck !

I placed an order for a new motherboard from another manufacturer. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I might face complications since I'm uncertain about other possible causes. Notably, once I reach the boot menu after powering off and logging in, I can restore it. I've experimented with various boot settings and even tried disabling the SSD, but nothing resolved the problem. I suspect the SSD might not be the issue, as the system automatically boots at 4800 and I attempted to raise it to 6000 without success.

It was the motherboard that needed updating—it functioned properly but had problems with three of the four DRAM slots. The older motherboard worked fine except for minor download issues. Overall, the updated mode works well, though it’s slow when downloading two files at once.

Oof! It seems the key point is that everything came together at the end. Wishing you a happy new year!
