You're seeing the RAM and CPU indicators still on after replacing the components. It's possible the power supply or internal connections aren't fully seated or properly connected. Double-check all cables, ensure the RAM sticks are correctly installed, and verify the CPU is seated in the socket. If the issue persists, there may be a faulty component needing replacement.

Is the computer starting? Can you operate it? Are the lights functioning properly?

The computer fails to show on the screen, leaving only the BIOS display visible.

It seems uncertain whether it's actually functioning properly.

Have you updated the BIOS on the B650? There is a chance that the BIOS on the B650 is old and the 9600X wont work without a BIOS update. That you got the BIOS to display once is strange but update the BIOS first.

Ensured the RAM is properly inserted and locked securely once it was placed in.
