New PC components. Unexpected power cut off then restarting after 5 seconds.
I received my new motherboard today and finally put together the PC that had stopped working before. Parts were sitting around for a month while I waited for the service to confirm the old one was beyond repair and received a refund. Eventually, I installed fresh Windows 10 on the new M.2 slot. I played a few games and everything seemed normal until I tried to update Windows. My PC suddenly shut down. After about five seconds it came back on, but something odd happened—my three front coolers, which were usually red, turned white when I restarted. Then after another five seconds the power switch didn’t respond. I felt a deep sadness and turned off the PSU switch to inspect the case. I suspected the new Corsair 1000 SHIFT PSU might be the issue because I had to forcefully close the case door since it wasn’t spacious enough for the SHIFT PSU (the cables were on the side). I removed the side panel and connected only the PSU power cable, which then powered on. The coolers stayed red as usual, and everything looked fine. I tried connecting a display and keyboard, but when I plugged in the mouse it shut down again. I wondered if the USB 3 cable inside the motherboard was partially disconnected—maybe it was slipping out due to its poor design. I gently reinserted it and the PC worked perfectly now.
Could this be related to the ASUS Armory Core/Aura sync causing the shutdowns? I deleted it just in case.

It seems like you're pointing out a typical issue with insufficient case space for your components. Trying to force the case shut against the PSU and its cables is risky. If the plug contacts aren't fully seated, it might cause problems. You might want to consider adjusting the PSU placement to avoid stressing the cords, even if it means a slightly less polished finish.
I'll just maintain the side panel open. The PC restarted again today after playing Starfield for five minutes and adjusting the graphics settings to maximum, shutting down right after. Since the side panel was left open, there were no issues with the cables. The temperatures stayed normal. The CPU and GPU were around 60°C. I also unplugged the USB3 cable from the motherboard and the RGB SATA connector for the case fans as part of troubleshooting. Could it be that your power supply in the house isn't stable enough to support a 1000W PSU?
Have you explored another source of power? Where are you located? What leads you to believe there might be an unstable power supply? Does the computer function when you adjust the GPU power to standard? And if you set the GPU to high performance mode while keeping normal power on, what happens?
My old PSU failed about a year ago. It was just over eight years old when it happened, but it occurred soon after I moved into my new apartment. My motherboard also stopped working. So far the PC has stayed stable. I turned off the RGB light wherever possible because I think it might be affecting the new aero sync board. So far everything seems fine. I'm playing games at maximum graphics settings with 1440p, and temperatures are under control.
