In my earlier post I suspected the GPU was the issue, and it turned out to be true. After swapping it with an MLLSE Radeon RX580 8GB SP2048, I still faced the same problems: no BIOS or POST, despite everything running normally (GPU fans, CPU fans, etc.). The only clue was the EZ Debug light on the right side, which flashed under the CPU.
At first, I thought the CPU cooler might be too tight, so I slightly loosened it, but the light kept blinking. Then I tried booting with just one RAM stick, which also failed. I visited the MSI website, downloaded the latest BIOS, and performed a flash, but still received no signal or the white EZ Debug light under the CPU.
Could this mean my CPU is faulty or unsupported?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU – AMD Radeon RX 580 by MLLSE
RAM – 32GB G.Skill RipJaws V CL18 DDR4-3600
Motherboard – MSI B550 A-Pro
PSU – Enerman M AXPRO II 500W (switched to a quieter 520W model)
Storage – Samsung 980 Pro M.2 SSD
Case – Fractal Define R4
Examine the process of obtaining higher wattage, reliably built PSUs and assess their impact on the build. Check if the components were breadboarded and functioned properly.
PSU options:
- Enerman M AXPRO II 500W (also tried a be quiet! 520W PSU, same outcome)
How recent are the PSUs listed in your specifications?

Why do you source GPUs from uncertain sources or brands? All this troubleshooting is more theoretical than practical when compared to purchasing a known-brand GPU. For the sake of it, they could even be mined components.
I didn't know MLLSE was a lesser-known brand until I got the GPU, but I can't return it without proof of damage. The seller said it wasn't used for mining or overclocking and was only for gaming for two months. The Enermax PSU is brand new, it's been two years, and my tests outside the case showed no signal—only the CPU light blinked on the motherboard. I'm 100% sure everything is working properly.
