Welcome to your first project and facing numerous challenges. The Asrock B650M PG Riptide Wifi Pure Power 12M XFX Swift 210 Thermalight Frozen prism 240 ARGB AMD Ryzen 5 7600X Renagde Fury SSD Deepcool CC360 ARGB is a complex setup. Expect hurdles along the learning path, but I wasn’t prepared for the lack of documentation or support materials that came with these items. The after-sales service is extremely poor—so disappointing that I’d consider swapping parts based on what I found.

I double-checked compatibility using pcpicker/builder before buying, and everything seemed to work. I’ve scoured forums, websites, videos, manuals, and more for details about the gear I purchased. The build process completed successfully; the PC powers on normally but gets stuck in POST mode. The CPU and DRAM both show solid red lights. No display appears even when HDMI is connected to the GPU or motherboard.

I reinstalled the CPU cooler and RAM, but the same red light persists. The manual suggests using a jumper to clear CMOS, though it’s not included. I tried opening the CPU with a screwdriver for 8 seconds and pushed the BIOS flex button on the motherboard—nothing changed. The case manual mentions a jumper for CMOS clearing, but no instructions are provided for the HUB-FAN setup. The three-slot HUB includes two fans, but I’m unsure whether connecting them in any particular order matters or if the connections need to follow a specific pattern.

The instruction guide doesn’t explain how to link all fans properly, and the merchant support and manual seem unhelpful. The GPU connects, but no display shows up. No fans are running, and even with HDMI, nothing appears on the screen. I checked all connections, including with and without extenders, making sure wires weren’t loose. Memory was swapped around, and I tried using a screwdriver for 8 seconds to reset CMOS.

Attempted to listen for beeps after removing everything except power connectors, but no audio output. No video or clear documentation exists for this configuration. It’s frustrating because I usually keep detailed records, yet here I’m stuck without answers.

Could you provide any specific guidance or updated manuals for these products? Any tips would really help me feel more confident about continuing this build. Thank you for your time and understanding.

You're experiencing delays during startup? DDR5 might need some time to initialize. Current graphics cards often support low-speed operation at lower temperatures, which could explain why fans aren't spinning right away. Based on what I see, you have two connectors: a 4-pin PWM linked to the motherboard's header and a 3-pin RGB addressable header that connects to the same spot. It should function fine without the RGB header, but not with the PWM. The three-slot HUB-FAN likely handles the cooling setup—probably you just need to use the 4-pin PWM. If you don't have clear guidance, check reviews or YouTube tutorials, or look for builds that include the cooler. You might want to pause the installation steps if needed.

Consider rearranging your CPU. Is it possible to access the BIOS? You might try pressing the BIOS button right after turning on the power (it could be Delete or F2).

I've already reinstalled the CPU and cooler using extra paste, but the outcome remains the same. The motherboard includes a flexible BIOS and some modifications, yet it still gives identical results—no improvement. Appreciate your response. Would you have any other suggestions?

Reach out to support for your MOBO and possibly your CPU. Share your problem details—they’ll likely assist better than anyone else here on this forum.

Asrock assistance has been consistent—maintaining contact and awaiting further updates. Regarding the remaining items, most lack any support. If you can share a support page for the CPU, kindly send it. The website displays "page not found – Thank you for your reply."
