Just finished my new pc build. My computer doesn't have an OS installed.
So my HDD LED light is on (red). It turns off right away. Then lights up (red).
My case doesn't have an POwer LED cable or a reset switch cable.
I tried removing and testing my ram as others have had this issue and that fied it.
Here is the weird thing: everything is visibly running. The fans on the graphics card are active. The ram light up. I'm at a loss. PLease help.
Here is my pc:
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz 12-Core Processor

The system’s basic configuration is displayed, showing the available hardware resources. An operating system must be installed to proceed with further customization or utilization of these resources.

The system’s basic input and output system doesn't have an operating system installed, and if you observe the BIOS, that’s perfectly typical. You should acquire and install an operating system at this time.
