New PC Assembly – No Video Display | Assistance Required
I recently assembled my initial personal computer and am encountering a problem where no video output appears. Despite having all parts brand new, I’m uncertain about the cause. I’d appreciate a checklist from the community to help diagnose and fix potential issues. Here are my specs: CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-core, CPU cooler – Thermalright Peerless Assassin 66.17 CFM, Motherboard – Asus PRIME B550M-A AC Micro ATX AM4, RAM – G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2x8 GB), DDR4-3200 CL16, Storage – Kingston NV2 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVMe SSD, Case – BitFenix Nova Mesh M ARGB MicroATX, Power Supply – Corsair RM650 650W (80+ Gold, fully modular). I’ve also attached a video link for more details: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WCqXJ5Q...p=drivesdk. I’m feeling anxious and disappointed, as I was really excited to get started. Any guidance from the community would mean a lot. Thank you for your time and support—I’m eager to resolve this so I can enjoy my new build.
This processor lacks built-in graphics capabilities. A dedicated graphics card is required.
Thank you for your reply. Since the motherboard was making noise, I assumed it might be damaged or the power supply unit was faulty.
