Planning to assemble a new PC within the next few months, taking advantage of holiday sales and bundles.

I already possess a mostly completed parts list; I just want to review your suggestions.
Upgrade items:
- Whole system
- Operating System: none required

- Monitor specs: 1920 x 1080 resolution
- Extra notes: Minimum 64GB RAM, space for four SATA III SSDs, three 24" monitors, 2TB 990 Pro drive (secondary), OS on that drive.

This list was compiled as a wishlist suggestion, similar to the provided link.
The case supports 4x2.5" drives from the box; you may add the bracket for mounting 2x2.5" drives on top of the power supply. The AIO unit will be positioned at the top, leaving room for a drive caddy if required. I noticed the internal components are white while the case and some parts are black—perhaps better to list three monitors?
Just like me... priorities are important. 7950X... 9950X... I wouldn't settle for anything less.
