New patch for Dark Souls 2 is on its way

Hey Dark Souls II enthusiasts! A free patch will roll out for all players on February 5th, 2015, adding gameplay improvements and fresh story content to get ready for The Scholar of the First Sin (version 1.10, calibration 1.13). It was initially planned to offer it for free on consoles, with a paid update for PC, though they likely altered their approach.
