Sure, you can still access your Steam library even after installing Windows 10 on your SSD. Since Steam is installed on your WD Black drive, you can link it to your Windows 10 system. This way, you won’t need to re-download everything. Just connect your SSD to the computer and follow Steam’s linking instructions.
