The stutter seems very unlikely to stem from the PSU, though I still wanted to highlight that it could be a concern. My advice on this matters or not is yours. Stutter problems can arise from either insufficient resources during a specific activity or from software/driver conflicts and optimization issues. I think the challenges you're facing likely fall into the latter group. Some cases of stuttering in this context are linked to resource limitations, even with high-performance hardware, which then moves the focus to optimization. If the best hardware isn't handling the task well, the responsibility shifts to improving the task's optimization.

I chose to run tests with Spiderman Miles Morales using RT at full settings and disabling RT on High graphics preset with DLSS quality and 80 fps locked via Riva Tuner. I’m using HWInfo monitoring and Generic Log Viewer.

RT OFF
RT ON max

The session focused on swinging across a web and navigating busy streets without combat or cutscenes. Without RT, I tested in Mission 2 to reach Peter’s outfit at the park. The RT test followed immediately after the park cutscene.

Beyond the visuals, my performance felt slightly choppy during the RT session—a minor stutter for a brief moment. In contrast, without RT, I experienced no such issues.

The scenario reminded me of Cyberpunk. The frame rate stayed strong overall, but a small drop to 1-2 fps occurred under RT, which didn’t disrupt my gameplay much. It’s hard to say what to make of it now.

Maybe a quicker solution would assist with the pauses?
