I would pause slightly while downloading assets during the loading screen following each door in the game I'm currently using.

What updated, highly optimized titles are best suited for CPU-intensive testing? A smooth experience without shader or area loading issues is ideal. A classic RPG such as Baldur's Gate 3 could work well if you're looking for a traditional feel with strong CPU demands.

Maybe Baldur's Gate 3, even though I haven't played it recently and when I did it was on an older system. I tried the pre-release demo on a 1050 Ti, but it didn't run smoothly—around 15 to 20 frames per second at 1440p.

CS2 is also a good choice for this test.

I agree with that
CS2 is a good game for checking small stuttering issues (if any)
also this might seem wild but I wouldn't completely eliminate
the chance of the PSU causing problems.
(even if not, you should still swap it out)

PSUs leading to performance problems alongside other issues are extremely uncommon, and without any additional complications is highly unlikely, though not impossible. I've encountered more than ten defective CPUs, yet never observed a PSU trigger such an issue. If I had to guess, it's probably not a PSU problem.

As @dark_globe mentioned, it shouldn't be used in your PC. No matter what's causing the stuttering, this PSU is worthless and could ruin your whole computer. This is the most affordable PSU available from a trustworthy company that will last for years if you're based in the US.

SPC power supplies (now Endorfy) are quite reliable. In Europe and particularly in Poland, where SPC/Endorfy is a Polish company, they are well-regarded and come with positive feedback. They aren’t top-of-the-line, but they provide solid power for mid-range machines. A 550W output might seem modest, yet during OCCT Power testing the machine only draws up to 350W (with a wattmeter installed), and around gaming it reaches about 300W. This gives me some headroom for my current parts. I haven’t experienced issues like sudden shutdowns, crashes, or component damage. They also keep stable voltages well. Many users with more powerful systems face worse problems with inferior power supplies.

This particular PSU belongs to the E tier and should be avoided. SilentiumPC / Endorfy |
Elementum E2 – Vero L2 / M2 – Supremo M1 Platinum / L2 / M2/ FM2

When considering this power supply, I reviewed various reviews and user experiences. Everything seemed acceptable. I didn’t encounter any entries on "blacklist" for power supplies.
I’ve veered slightly off the main subject. Of course, my intention is to swap out the current power supply in the coming months—not because it’s faulty, but as a final improvement. The issue I’m addressing doesn’t appear to be related to the power supply itself. Still, perhaps replacing it with a superior model and testing it would give me more confidence.
