I purchased a new motherboard, a Tuf gaming Z390-plus-Gaming with WiFi, an Intel i5 9600K, and a GTX 1660 Super. It doesn’t show up on my screen. I checked the RAM and the motherboard type, but I’m unsure what to do since I can’t load it into Windows or replace the parts.

Test connecting the monitor to the onboard HDMI port and check for a display. The BIOS should automatically detect the PCI GPU and choose the onboard one, but sometimes it may default to only showing the onboard GPU or fails to see it for any reason.
