New Model – Difficulty Accessing BIOS Settings on ASUS TUF X570-Plus
Hey there, newcomer! I put together my latest setup this afternoon and am having some trouble now. I successfully accessed the BIOS, processor, RAM, and M.2 devices all worked fine. After a restart, I tried booting with a WIN 10 USB drive, but the keyboard won’t respond and I can’t get back into BIOS. I’ve reset the CMOS and RTC jumpers, but nothing changed. Here’s what I have: ASUS Tuf X570-Plus motherboard, Ryzen 5 5600X CPU, Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3600 MHz RAM, and a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 GPU. Could you help spot the issue? Thanks, Lithoniel.
Updating the BIOS, particularly on a newer CPU, may resolve certain issues.
I'm stuck on the TUF Gaming boot screen and can't reach the BIOS settings for updates.
I've tried every slot and two different keyboards. Like I said, I got into the BIOS with no issues, everything was detected, now there's no response.
I created a BIOS update USB file, but your motherboard lacks a BIOS update button or USB port.
If your BIOS got damaged, it would start directly to the ASUS EZ Flash 3 tool when the update USB is connected. Another choice with a DVD player is to utilize the mobo support DVD.
When you restart, it remains on the ASUS TUF Gaming display or transitions smoothly into Windows without a blue screen before the login screen appears.
