Sure, just confirm the settings under sharing. If remote desktop is active, the sysadmin should have enabled it by default and used their admin credentials to review the activity. I personally assisted many students in my school in disabling it.

You can enjoy smooth gameplay at 60FPS with constant settings. @hemmigumm you can open the kernel and attempt the installation there, it should help.

It would really be straightforward. Just find someone with an iCloud account and a Mac, ask them to download El Capitan from the App Store, then save it to a USB drive using terminal or Disk Utility. The school won’t check the laptop while you’re using it unless necessary—then you can reinstall the OS. Edited September 20, 2016 by jeremymwilson
