At first, I was a bit concerned if this would turn out to be a lengthy explanation. I spent a long time working on this and then faced some minor problems. I’m going to list these as questions and thank you for any advice you can offer.

i don't find any reference to uninstalling iCUE. if the problem stems from the software itself, it might be due to corrupt data. if you've upgraded your hardware but still use the same operating system, it could cause similar or more serious issues. ensure you're using a clean OS installation, have the latest motherboard BIOS, and all required system drivers installed properly from the manufacturers.

Sorry yes I have multiple times even going as far as going into safe mode and deleting everything that had a trace of Corsair involved. I know the ram still works fine but iCue loses all contact with it and the rgb freezes.
This is a brand new system with a completely fresh install of windows. MB is on the newest bios from the start (updated before install). I have also reinstalled cpuz and hwmonitor still having the issue. Someone in another forum suggested it could be a Sensor sharing problem.
Never had these problems in the past on my old system, but I'm thinking as now I'm running a Corsair AIO that is being monitored in iCue could be the issue where as before it was only the Memory lighting.

On the previous system I was using a brand new build with fresh windows installation and Corsair Aio/Memory. My old setup consisted of an Nzxt Aio and Corsair memory, where I had Nzxt Cam managing the Aio, iCue handling the memory, and L-connect for fans—hardware monitors I hadn’t experienced issues with before. Now everything is using iCue and L-connect, and this transition has been ongoing from the beginning. Both memory types were Dominator Platinum, though they were older models: DDR4 3600 4x16 on the old one and DDR5 6000 2x32 on the new.

Start a support ticket regarding Corsair. Investigate their support forums for recent reports of similar problems with comparable hardware. Consider checking with ASUS as well and see if others are experiencing issues where iCUE fails to detect components on this board. Some newer ASUS models include built-in BIOS features linked to Aura Creator or Armoury Crate. You might find options to disable these functionalities, which could assist. If none work, uninstall iCUE and install Aura Creator, and if needed, Armoury Crate. Most modern components are compatible.
