MSI Z690 Carbon WiFi board BIOS version post-flash 7D30v1A. Intel 13700k processor, Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) RAM. MSI MPG A1000G with PCIe 5 power supply, Samsung 980pro 500GB NVMe SSD for OS. MSI MEG CoreLiquid 360R V2-AIO, Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 4080 16GB, AMP Extreme Airo. I first updated the BIOS for the motherboard. Everything appeared correct in the BIOS. After putting the PC inside the case, I successfully accessed the BIOS. CPU and RAM functions worked properly. When updating Windows 11, the PC restarted automatically. Upon reboot, it briefly powered off, then restarted again—LED and fans flickered briefly before shutting down completely. After waiting about 20 minutes, the motherboard failed to boot. The fans spun for a split second and then stopped entirely. I tried turning off the PSU, unplugging the outlet, and plugging it back in, but nothing happened when I pressed the power button. No fan rotation occurred. Later, I disassembled the PC to check for loose connections and reassembled it outside the case, but it still wouldn’t power on. I also followed all instructions from the manual, yet the issue persisted. Any advice or assistance would be extremely useful. Thank you.
This setup doesn't have a boot issue, likely the system won't start. It might be due to unseated RAM or dust on fingers. Remove the RAM and use compressed air to clear the slot. Insert it one piece at a time and see if the computer powers on. You can also attempt to boot without the GPU and NVMe SSD, relying on built-in graphics.
It won't turn on at all even after removing the RAM. No power cycle either.
