Completed the installation and connected it, but it keeps turning on and off. We checked with another machine and any other device connected—it didn’t respond. No power reaching the USB ports even when plugged in. Tried resetting the CMOS for five minutes, but no improvement. The motherboard is an Asus B560, purchased from Amazon, equipped with an i7-11700, RTX 3060, and two 8GB dual 3200 RAM sticks.

With one stick of RAM installed, each slot shows something. There’s activity visible on the screen. It seems the motherboard might be faulty—consider resetting the CMOS or swapping the board.

We fixed it, my CPU suffered damage. But we had a replacement that performed equally well, so it's fine. Thanks for the assistance.
