I have a brand-new I Buy Power HYTE Y40 PC running Windows 11. The device fails to connect with my new Beats Studio Pro or Apple Airpods, even though they work with my iPhone. My IBP PC can still recognize devices like my Roku and Denon audio receiver, but it doesn't detect the Beats or Airpods at all. I'm feeling confused about this issue. Any advice?

Have you attempted removing the driver for your BlueTooth adapter and reinstalling it using the newest drivers in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator?
If your BlueTooth/WiFi adapter was included with the motherboard (as part of the board), kindly provide the motherboard's make and model. Also, share the BIOS version for that motherboard. You can find both details under the Mainboard tab in CPU-Z.

Thank you Lutfij! Based on your feedback about CPU-Z, my "Program Compatibility Assistant" is showing: cpuz149_x64.sys driver cannot load. The security feature is flagging it as a vulnerable driver and preventing its loading. I’m not sure if this relates to the issue.

For reference, here are the details you provided:
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B760M-A AX6 II (LGA1700)
https://www.asus.com/motherboards-c...
Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
Model: PRIME B760M-A AX6 II (LGA1700)
Version: Rev 1.xx
BIOS
Brand: American Megatrends Inc.
Version: 1666
Date: 9/28/2024

I recently removed my Bluetooth adapter, which vanished from Device Manager. It was found and reappeared after uninstalling. I tried using Device Manager to install it, but there was no option to right-click and run as administrator.
